Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Solen ("Solen," "we," "us") and the services available at solenai.ca (the "Service"). By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Acceptance
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with all applicable laws. By clicking to accept, checking an agreement box, or continuing to use the Service after we post updated Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Description of Service
Solen is an AI-powered software generation and deployment platform. You describe what you want to build; Solen may generate code, configure infrastructure, deploy applications to hosted subdomains, and provide monitoring or self-healing features. Features, limits, and availability may change over time. Unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, an enterprise agreement), the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Acceptable Use Policy
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for any applications you deploy through Solen. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Impersonate any brand, company, product, or individual, including by choosing misleading app names, subdomains, or interfaces designed to look like another service;
- Conduct phishing or credential harvesting, or otherwise deceive users into revealing passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information;
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code intended to harm systems, data, or people;
- Host, publish, or facilitate illegal content of any kind, or activity that violates applicable law or regulation;
- Circumvent Solen's security measures, rate limits, access controls, billing limits, or abuse-prevention systems;
- Resell or abuse the free tier or any plan (for example, creating multiple accounts to evade limits, or using the Service primarily to host unrelated third-party workloads without authorization).
Solen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without notice. We may also remove or disable deployments, subdomains, or content that we reasonably believe violate this policy or pose risk to users, third parties, or the platform.
Account Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access immediately if you breach these Terms, if we detect abuse or security risk, for non-payment on paid plans, or when required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
Questions or appeals regarding enforcement may be sent to [email protected]. We are not obligated to provide advance notice when immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or others.
Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS MAY BE INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE, OR UNSUITABLE FOR PRODUCTION; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING, TESTING, AND COMPLYING WITH LAW BEFORE RELYING ON DEPLOYED APPLICATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLEN AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence that cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
